Les \u0153uvres, issues de la collection <strong>Leskowicz<\/strong>, n&rsquo;avaient pour la plupart  jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9es en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Il s&rsquo;agissait principalement d&rsquo;estampes <em><strong>ukiyo-e<\/strong><\/em> et de <em><strong>Surimono<\/strong><\/em>,   deux expressions artistiques raffin\u00e9es et po\u00e9tiques, ma\u00eetris\u00e9es par de   grands artistes comme  Hokusai, Hiroshige, Hokkei, Gakutei, et autres . <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>La sc\u00e9nographie, particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9ussie, proposait des espaces diff\u00e9renci\u00e9s dont un atelier de gravure tr\u00e8s instructif, qui d\u00e9taillait les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de cr\u00e9ation, un espace immersif sur une \u0153uvre majeure, et m\u00eame un cabinet priv\u00e9 o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on pouvait admirer une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;estampes \u00e0 ne pas mettre sous les yeux des plus jeunes&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques clefs :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les  estampes <em>ukiyo-e<\/em><\/strong>, que l&rsquo;on peut traduire par \u00ab\u00a0images d&rsquo;un monde flottant\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9signent un nouvel art de vivre, reflet des plaisirs populaires de l\u2019\u00e8re Edo. Cette p\u00e9riode est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par une effervescence  artistique et culturelle populaire, contrebalanc\u00e9e par le rejet de toute influence \u00e9trang\u00e8re par les autorit\u00e9s. Ces estampes montrent la vari\u00e9t\u00e9  technique et iconographique de cet art ancestral. A noter : l\u2019art de l\u2019<em>ukiyo-e<\/em> a marqu\u00e9 le dessin anim\u00e9 japonais et la bande  dessin\u00e9e occidentale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les<\/strong> <strong><em>Surimono<\/em> <\/strong>sont des estampes rares et raffin\u00e9es, r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur du papier de luxe \u00e0 l\u2019aide de techniques pr\u00e9cieuses.&nbsp;Destin\u00e9s \u00e0 des cercles restreints et tir\u00e9s en un petit  nombre d\u2019exemplaires, les <em>Surimono<\/em> sont le plus souvent des  po\u00e8mes aux calligraphies recherch\u00e9es, illustr\u00e9s par des compositions figuratives. Ils expriment l\u2019\u00e9ventail des th\u00e8mes et images caract\u00e9ristiques de la vie et de la&nbsp;culture du Japon ancien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La collection Leskowicz <\/strong>est un des ensembles les plus riches et complets d\u2019estampes japonaises de l\u2019\u00e8re Edo. La collection, initi\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine par Aleksander Leskowicz, grand collectionneur de livres anciens, est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par son fils presque par hasard : c&rsquo;est en reconstituant la collection paternelle de manuscrits, dispers\u00e9e  en Europe de l&rsquo;Est durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, que Georges  Leskowicz, install\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris depuis ses \u00e9tudes universitaires, a d\u00e9couvert ses premiers livres d&rsquo;estampes. La collection compte  aujourd&rsquo;hui pr\u00e8s de 2.000 \u0153uvres dont 200 repr\u00e9sentatives de l&rsquo;\u00e8re Edo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped
