C&rsquo;est un programme national, administr\u00e9 localement par la R\u00e9gion et sa Direction R\u00e9gionale de la Jeunesse, des Sports et de la Coh\u00e9sion Sociale. Ce programme finance des associations ponctuellement, soit pour des projets, soit pour un simple coup de pouce pour les frais de fonctionnement.
