Tous \u00e9coutaient attentivement les explications de Mathias. Il nous a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la  technique de base, le type de b\u00e2ton conseill\u00e9, l&rsquo;usage de celui-ci, le rythme des pas et les consignes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite nos sommes partis faire un premier essai pour de vrai sur les sentiers \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la salle polyvalente d&rsquo;Aigaliers. La m\u00e9t\u00e9o \u00e9tait agr\u00e9able, l&rsquo;ambiance bonne, l&rsquo;effort raisonnable.
