Dans sa conf\u00e9rence, il nous a dress\u00e9 un \u00e9tat du monde actuel et de son \u00e9volution probable, qui s\u2019articule autour du rapport entre deux mondes, pour faire simple l\u2019un d\u00e9mocratique et l\u2019autre autoritaire.
