Sablez du bout des doigts. Ajoutez le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf, puis commencez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer en ajoutant petit \u00e0 petit un peu d\u2019eau (50 ml) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. Formez une boule et placez-la au frais 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te et mettez la dans un moule de 24 cm de diam\u00e8tre beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9.
