Environ 50 adh\u00e9rents \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents pour la pr\u00e9sentation du rapport moral 2017 et du rapport financier. Claire Lasserre, pr\u00e9sidente sortante, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2017 couvrant les activit\u00e9s hebdomadaires, les activit\u00e9s ponctuelles, la gestion de la biblioth\u00e8que, les interventions CLAS etc. Elle a eu le plaisir d&rsquo;annoncer que l&rsquo;Association a re\u00e7u un nouvel agr\u00e9ment de la CAF du Gard pour la p\u00e9riode de 2018 \u00e0 2021 en tant que partenaire PSAL\/EVS (Prestation de Service pour l&rsquo;Animation Locale &#8211; Espace de Vie Sociale). <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2017 \u00e9tait une ann\u00e9e de transition avec l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e d&rsquo;un nouveau tr\u00e9sorier, la mise en place d&rsquo;un nouveau syst\u00e8me de comptabilit\u00e9, la pr\u00e9paration de la succession \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de plusieurs responsabilit\u00e9s de gestion aupr\u00e8s de membres du CA. De plus, l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e a vu le d\u00e9part en retraite de Mme Lydie Krause, employ\u00e9e de l&rsquo;Association depuis plus de 6 ans, et l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de Mme Sophie Mary pour la remplacer. Le finances de l&rsquo;Association restent convenables malgr\u00e9 le d\u00e9ficit en 2017 li\u00e9 \u00e0 la transition entre les 2 employ\u00e9es. Le tr\u00e9sorier a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les comptes 2017 et le budget 2018. Ces changements am\u00e8nent le nombre de membres du CA \u00e0 12.  Ce nouveau CA a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu \u00e0 l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9 par l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aphyllanthe.fr\/association\/accueil\/ca-et-ag\/\">voir la liste des membres ici<\/a>). <\/p>\n<p>S&rsquo;en est suivi une petite f\u00eate surprise pour marquer le d\u00e9part de Mme Lasserre de la pr\u00e9sidence apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es \u00e0 ce poste. Avec la coordination de Claude Huguet-Bordel, il y  a eu :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un diaporama de souvenirs des ann\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0Lasserre\u00a0\u00bb, et un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 des ses accomplissements \u00e0 l&rsquo;Association et dans la vie priv\u00e9e,<\/li>\n<li>une chorale spontan\u00e9e pour chanter les \u00e9loges de Claire sur des paroles compos\u00e9es par Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Martin sur l&rsquo;air de \u00ab\u00a0Nini peau d&rsquo;chien\u00a0\u00bb,<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;intronisation de Claire \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre de \u00ab\u00a0la confr\u00e9rie du Bragalou\u00a0\u00bb avec un magnifique chapeau confectionn\u00e9 par Claude,<\/li>\n<li>la pr\u00e9sentation d&rsquo;un sac \u00e0 main de luxe offert en cadeau par le CA et les adh\u00e9rents. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rires et quelques larmes se sont m\u00eal\u00e9s \u00e0 la f\u00eate. Pour finir la soir\u00e9e, il y avait un ap\u00e9ritif et un repas buffet pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par les adh\u00e9rents.
